There’s always room for creating greater clarity, focus and intention. Your belief is your greatest power. Use it, change it, develop it, harness it. Affirmation, repeating ‘I am’ statements, are the simplest habit and proven by many.

Brad Sugars, bestselling author, number 1 business coach in the world and founder of ActionCOACH suggests these affirmations. Repeat them out loud:

  • I am blessed to work with a successful team
  • My net worth is growing exponentially
  • My business allows me to have a life I love
  • I succeed with ease and grace
  • My ability to conquer all challenges is limitless

Think about how you define yourself and list 20 positive ‘I am’ statements. Ask yourself, ‘Who is it I need to be?’ Repeat every statement at least twice a day. What affirmations will you make today to expand your mindset?
