What Are Leadership Blind Spots?
Leadership blind spots are those gaps in self-awareness that can come back to bite you. Think poor communication skills, micromanagement, or the inability to show appreciation. These blind spots can wreak havoc on team morale, decision-making processes, and overall company culture, which can have a devastating impact on productivity and employee retention.

Unlike traditional leadership training, coaching offers a personalized, objective assessment and targeted development. Coaches provide a safe space to explore your strengths and weaknesses without judgment.

One of my clients, a tech CEO, was struggled with micromanagement. Through executive coaching, she became aware of this blind spot and worked on strategies to empower her team.
The result? Employee morale skyrocketed, and innovation flourished.
Another client, an HR executive, discovered through coaching that his desire to constantly protect his team (even when they were wrong) resulted in other executives questioning his judgment. Once this behavior was brought to his attention, he worked diligently to correct it.
His peers noticed a change immediately, which resulted in a more productive relationship with the people he serves.

If a blindspot does becomes a strength it was misdiagnosed and is really a "capability" i.e.: an undeveloped ability. I'm sure there are exceptions to this....but there are always exceptions. :)
