Blessings or Curse?

A bad boss is a way to create entrepreneurs.

Well, just trying to look at bad things positively ??

When a person joins any organization for the first-time s/he looks for is ‘guidance’. A helpful senior or teammate is an added advantage but it is supposed to be the Team Leader who should teach the person on how to do what to do and not.

In major cased it happens to be my teammates who helped me, and I could remember only one Team Leader who truly taught me how to do things and groomed me out of 13 leaders I have worked with so far.

 To the Bosses out there, please be a bit humble to your junior teammates. You had a difficult time as junior is not a logical or rational reason to behave bad, stop giving examples from your bad experiences rather take learning from your bad experiences and take initiatives so that your teammates would not have to struggle what you faced. The power to change someone’s life is in your control, please use it positively.

Behaving bad with people or pressuring a new comer or shouting on someone would never take you to the position you want to but being good and respectful with junior might help you grow. Being open to team and approachable would encourage others to approach you with different thoughts and ideas which will eventually contribute to grow in your career.

 And you, the fresher; you have certain roles to play as well.

A baby learns 80% from observing their parents and surrounding and learn only 20% from instruction; be observant.

Try to learn the task by observing others doing it. Be ready with queries that you need to know the answer to do it better.

Be humble to others and respect other’s work.

You will not be asked for someone else’s job so concentrate on your tasks.

Do not talk about someone on his/her absence.

All are professionals here, all of them are paid to work here so don’t try to find friends or life partners at office.

Do not disclose your secret to any colleagues because you have no idea how and where s/he will use it and do not share other’s secret please.

You will not be paid extra for being funny or sarcastic, keep up your personality.

Maintain to do list

Please update your senior about the appointed task before s/he queries about it, it represents your seriousness to that task.

Working under a tough boss gives you “expensive leanings” look at it positively, take the challenge.

Your Boss being ‘Leader’ or ‘Manager’ being 'Blessing' or 'Curse' be patient…
