Tranette Engram (S.H.E-She Helps To Empower) and Penisia Lower (Building Bridges Transitional Housing of Polk County) are working women in progress. Who believes in stepping outside their comfort zone in connecting the dots to a some amazing people.

Tranette Engram is M.A.L.E Community Relations and Program Assistant who is making her own mark in the community. As a result, she'd go to corporate and community events and stand in a corner because she felt awkward around others. At some point in her career, her team realized she wasn't getting anywhere by keeping her head down and working hard. She needed to make useful connections.

Tranette is a person who cares about bringing value to others around her, building a strong relationship and networking with people with integrity, honesty and dignity. She believes in helping others accomplish their goals or connecting people who maybe able to assist them in meeting their need.
