Blend & Learn - Journey Through A Classroom To Online eLearning Approach.

Greetings to all of you, how have you been doing?

Last couple of months have been like going back to the classroom, sitting & patiently listening and digesting all the knowledge that I have collected so far piece by piece from my senior colleagues at Zilliobit Interactive Private Limited on the new age & disruptive technology evolution in the Learning & Development Services and Solutions Domain.

Since the COVID years there has been a surge in requirements for everything that is now online. This includes online education (K12), corporate learning & training, talent development and management, product Information & launches etc. Now is that time when everybody wants to stay connected and keep updating viewers & audiences on variety of information to consume. Part of this I had seen while I was associated with a Live Webcast Company in my previous assignment. In most cases the mode of delivery was either a live webcast, webinar or one to many call conferencing on the Internet, it was then a booming market then which has now stabilized and evolved.

But the Electronic Learning Domain has seen a very slow & gradual growth. Now there is lots of importance given to the style in which eLearning data is presented with across audiences, sectors and verticals. Presentations, Course Materials & Curriculum have become more clean, clear & crisp. There is an addition of gamification & interactive media layer built over and above the data to make it more engaging to have continuous attention of the participating audiences so that live case scenarios, discussions & interactions are presented for further consumption to make the entire process of eLearning easy, simple and interesting add to the “What’s going to happen next?” in the form of online quizzes, competitions, games with localization to add a regional flavor for the global audiences to interact.

The new age trainers have become expressive!! They are technically sound,and are now able to handle audiences while interacting with them through multiple mode of communications and online channels of delivery like Desktops, Laptops & Mobile Devices and other internet devices. They own the complete responsibility of the "learn to deliver" the project by also guiding participants to go through the nuances of the program to ensure that the trainings are successfully conducted with 100% participation without any issues or escalations.

With everything moving out of the classroom to a electronic work space from your rooms & with very tactful online deployment, everyone who's involved needs a basic understanding of the nuances of these tools, resources and support that are required to enhance the project delivery and management skillsets.
