  • Melanie Gatewood-Hall (Director of Multicultural Merchandise & Enterprise Segmentation, Target Corporation) Vice Chair of the Board: Melanie’s dedication and expertise are set to reinforce NEON’s mission, driving us toward greater community impact.
  • Tyler Burkhardt (Assurance Senior Manager at Ernst and Young CPA firm) Treasurer: Tyler’s financial acumen will ensure the sound management of NEON's resources, aligning them with our mission’s goals.
