For bladder press, why more and more users prefer injection type, though its price is much higher. Here we make a brief comparison for these two presses.
Part 1 Injectiozn press Features
1.1 High automation level
1.2 Accurate feeding volume
1.3 Suitable for the production of thin-walled bladder such as: bladder wall thickness≤4mm
1.4 Uniform bladder wall thickness
Due to accurate positioning of core mold after mold closing, injecting the rubber into the closed mold can make the bladder wall thickness uniform.
1.5 Shorten curing time
The rubber has become viscous flow when injected into the mold, and the temperature is higher, so the vulcanization time is shortened.
1.6 Cold rubber strip can be used directly With plasticizing function, with cold feed plasticizing screw, can directly use cold rubber strip, rubber strip does not need heat preservation and heating.
1.7 Fewer defects
The rubber pressure in the mold is high, the filling rate in the mold is high, thus the defects of finished products is fewer.

1.8 High production pass rate
1.9 High machine cost
Part 2 Mold compression press
2.1 Lower machine cost, lower automation level
2.2 Manual feeding, rubber need to preheat or heat preservation in advance.
2.3 Because the rubber needs to be put into the mold in advance, the mold pressure process is the extrusion process of the rubber, at this time the core mold is not positioned, easy to make the bladder thin, especially for the thin bladder in thin situation.
2.4 It is difficult to produce thinner bladder.
2.5 It is more suitable for the production of large wall thickness bladder.
2.6 The pressure of the rubber in the mold is low, the fluidity of the rubber is poor, the filling rate of the rubber in the mold is low, and the phenomenon of lack of rubber is easy to occur.
2.7 Product pass rate is comparatively low.
