Blackwell Grange Golf Club

We were absolutely delighted to have completed the deal at the former club house last week. It has been a lengthy process for all involved and marks the end of a promising year for Carver Commercial. 

Having spent the majority of my youth on the golf course, it was a deal particularly close to home and one I feel privileged to have been involved with. The purchaser eventually managed to secure planning permission for three executive dwellings and I look forward to seeing the results!
