On the eye is a luminous deep Amber, Jamaica's "Black Gold" and on the palate soft and sweet entrance with vanilla & caramel flavors, followed by toasted marshmallow and a natural spice finish.
Concocted by the first female master blender in the spirits industry, Jamaican chemist Joy Spence (who also blends for select customers such as Ronald Reagan, Prince Harry and Prince William) this rum is so rich in anecdotes that it seems fabulated.
