The Black Lives Matter. Yes Indeed!
The root cause of the problem of The Blacks- Lack of Ideology by their leaders.
Every shape and form of governments in the whole of African nations cannot identify or pinpoint to any ideological strategic path over the last 50 years. As a continent made of individual nations, what are they known for? What do they want to be known for in the next 5, 10 years......
In the wake of the world’s reaction to the unforgivably despicable police action against the African-American, George Floyd, is it now the most opportune of historical moments for African politicians to start taking honest stock of the outcomes of their failed leadership?
Your fellow Africans across the Atlantic Ocean and all around the rest of the world, no matter how generationally displaced from our Mother-Continent, suffering, because of the colour of our skin, from inequalities of political, economic and social identity. Many of us, without warning, will perish on any given day in our quest for a better life in Europe and America than we can achieve in Africa.
And why should that be so? The main - in fact: the root - cause of this motivation to leave so many of our countries of birth and go elsewhere is that the Public Money produced by our abundantly rich countries, as well as that money which comes in from abroad is all-too-often immediately looted and deposited in American and European Bank Accounts; thus leaving unjustly powerless citizens destitute and, without any hope of succeeding at home, having no perceptible alternative but to seek happy, self-fulfilling lives elsewhere for themselves and their families.
Your talented Human Resources, your own people, are forced by unsupported and therefore insupportable circumstances to seek opportunities for economic survival, familial security and growth in foreign lands: lands in so many of which their peoples distrust and consequently despise us. This because the international reputation of all African countries is one of institutionalised social inequality, political instability and economic profligacy paid for by normalised financial injustice.
Globally: the prevalent, traditional African concept of “strong-man” leadership, of impoverishing class-divisiveness as has failed all Black People everywhere in the world.
The nobility of true ‘leadership’ resides in the recognition and, by the example of humble respect, gratitude and service to the common core-nobility of all human beings, leading others to lead themselves similarly.
Any other behavioural mass-normalisation calling itself “leadership” is at best distinctly ignoble and, at the very common worst, destructively criminal. It is also self-defeating: there is always another strong-man “leader” waiting to depose you regardless of how much his people suffer by his doing so.
Is it time to take stock of the reality of being a Black Human Being in a rapidly globalizing world, simply a Human Being neither more nor less than any other Human Being anywhere, and really get to the grass-roots of why Black People the world over– both historically and presently - have been so deprived of their well-deserved opportunities and advancements in employment, of their being disrespected, despised and even hated; hated even to the point of many being so killed emotionally, i.e. although still “breathing in then breathing out” that they end up hating their lives, withholding from themselves their own, free achievement: the happiness that is every human being’s birthright: the birthright to become the best that you can be.
Let’s go to the root-cause of this living disaster that can befall any Black Human Being at any time. The root-cause of all this horror is your failed so-called “leadership”.
With Public Money, the financial wealth of your nations: You buy “your” houses in Europe and America; often houses in which you will never live…
In doing so you financially impoverish your own people: the true wealth of every nation.
With Public Money, the financial wealth of your nations: You send your children to the best schools to Europe and America…
In doing so you educationally impoverish your own people: the true wealth of every nation.
With your own people’s unfairly distributed Public Money: You source and receive your healthcare services in Europe and America, often from expatriate African doctors, and nurses educated and trained at Public Expense back home but who cannot thrive at home because you never develop and maintain your own people’s own hospital and health-centres systems…
In doing so you impoverish the health of your own people: the true wealth of every nation.
Too many of the world’s false “leaders”, not only in Africa, promise Hope to their peoples… but when the Hope is not realised the promise is unwrapped to reveal a previously-veiled heart of greed-perpetuating impositional fear.
In doing so you impoverish the freedom of your own people: the true wealth of every nation.
Africa is growing in financial wealth… but wealth has to be managed not frittered away or it will all have been for nothing.
As President Obasanjo of Nigeria pointed out: “Africa is not poor: Africa is poorly managed”.
Africa is poorly managed because Africa is poorly led.
What race can survive and grow in strength, character and unity when its “leaders” act in what can only be described as ‘racistly’ towards their own Race; how, in effect, they colonise their own countries?
Times have changed! Today the Internet has given people everywhere access to global information; information that they see, reflect upon and understand about how other countries work together to build and maintain the interdisciplinary political, economic and social infrastructure of stability upon which to build their peoples’ safety, security, healthy character and development.
Without the Leadership of truly constructive change leaving the legacy of self-impoverishment behind and the rational development of such change across the Continent: Africa will explode in your faces! It is time to take stock and face reality. Isn't it?
