Unknown Black Inventors
Yvonne C. Freeman
I'm a Bible Christian. An author, poet and song writer posting poetry from my books inspired by the written word of God
"For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope." - Romans 15:4
DID YOU KNOW? Of course you didn't. Black history is not taught in schools today. Intentional or not, our history was buried, erased as not to reveal the truth about our heritage. Black, brown and people of many shades of gold have contributed much to this country yet the world does not know it.
Make known their contributions, their creative innovations which made dramatic changes in society today. Their resilience, patience and resourcefulness was revolutionary in times difficult to navigate way back then. For our ancestors to survive it took hope and faith in God. Keep our legacy alive, teach your children ... pass it on ... pass it on!
"A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children:" - Proverbs 13:22
