Your aim to elevate - be it a sincere quest for change or a by-end of your leverage - is staved off by the expectations of the field; instead of getting a hook, they'd want to try the fish; and many fish; Your transformational zeal is looked upon as surreal and instead, openly and impatiently, denounced since everyone wants to see a rapid change, by money or direct service on your part, not a value-based deal residing in expectation; Your mission falls short of its objective from square one; you panic, money in vain...(and exhorting by transparency guardians begins).??

4. Not until much direct on-site dialogue is undertaken, you realize that what is high-profiled is not a concrete air-conditioned mansion of your kind even though you were contracting plenty of them and inviting them to move in for free; all they wish is to have the expenditures cut, "parents" to eke out for them and stay where they are whether that's illegal or not because for them, the law is below their level.

Conclusion

To integrate diverging into the mainstream becomes illusory as long as the clan mentality persists; it stems from the comforting needs of the Old Stone Age and has not, regrettably, evolved in every culture.
