Black Friday Sale: Accredited Therapeutic Coaching training down from £425 to £295

I had a great response to last year's Black Friday sale so I'm offering the same hefty reduction this year on the NCFE accredited Skills Certificate programme, from the usual £425 down to £295 for just 24 hours, running from midnight this Thursday to midnight on Friday.

Judging by last year, some who do the Skills training will go on to the Diploma programme with the cost of the Skills Certificate fully deductible from the cost of the Diploma.

Some will not feel the need to complete the Diploma programme and just want to up-skill, add to their CPD hours (80 attributed) and also add Therapeutic Coaching Skills to their professional profile.

And some will want to do the programme for just for personal development as it's very reflective, experiential and walks you through the complete model. It's been described as 'life changing' by many previous Fusion learners. There are reports of 'light bulb moments' with a shift in perception or direction resulting from the unique experience of self coaching.

So, if you have been thinking about signing up, this Friday could be just the right time for you...

Fusion: responding to change

The Fusion programme has changed to embrace the new landscape in which we now find ourselves and, I have to say, I think it is much improved as a result. The need to adapt has provided an opportunity to respond to feedback from previous Fusion graduates that they would like less theory and more practical application.

Key changes include:

  • New online interactive workshops delivered via Zoom
  • Full integration of the Skills Certificate programme with the Diploma training bridging the theory-application gap
  • Access to the unique Fusion five session manual during training
  • Twelve months free membership of the Association for Coaching
  • An accelerated pathway to coach accreditation
  • The cost of the Skills Certificate programme is fully deductible from the fee for the Diploma

The training information handbook has now been updated and is outlined below.

Places are already filling and numbers will be restricted. You can reserve your place by completing the application form here and returning it to [email protected]

Priority will be given to those who have already purchased the Skills Certificate programme. Here is a link to purchase the Skills Workbook direct.

The Fusion Diploma in Therapeutic Coaching:

The 2021 Diploma training will run from January to June over 7 online workshops. The programme will closely follow the format of the unique Fusion Coaching Model and Systems. On completion, learners will have a step by step blueprint of how to integrate therapeutic coaching into their working practice with free and ongoing access to the unique Fusion practitioner manual.

The practitioner manual is the key that fully unlocks the Fusion Model bringing together everything needed for five client sessions including check lists, psycho-educational client hand outs, worksheets, guided visualisation scripts, therapeutic stories and outcome measures. These are faithful reproductions of Frances’s own working documents.

The Diploma programme incorporates the complete Fusion Therapeutic Coaching Skills Certificate course at no extra cost. The Diploma will be accredited by the Association for Coaching and will now provide a clear pathway to recognised professional coach status.

Fusion Therapeutic Coaching Ltd is an Organizational Member of both the BACP and the Association for Coaching. All 2021 Diploma students will be entitled to a full year of free membership of the AC with its excellent range of member benefits and free training resources and seminars as detailed here.

Graduates of the 2021 Fusion Diploma will also be able to access to the AC accelerated accreditation scheme, saving time and money to achieve professional recognition.

Health journalist and BACP Coaching Executive Specialist for Communication Sally Melissa-Brown  healthjournalist.co.uk

'Fusion teaches you a fast, effective way to diffuse stress and take control of your emotions. It's deceptively simple and includes lots of fun techniques and exercises which will appeal to children of all ages.'

Make Menopause Matter founder Diane Danzebrink:

‘I discovered Fusion therapeutic coaching when I needed it most. When personal circumstances left me with mental and emotional issues I was lucky enough to find Frances Masters. Fusion has quite literally changed my life!

Having studied traditional counselling some years ago I was left feeling disappointed that I had not been taught how to help my clients move forward with their lives. I was so disillusioned I abandoned my dream of becoming a counsellor and followed an alternative career path.

My personal Fusion experience provided a real ‘light bulb’ moment for me, this was what my counselling training had been missing and I went on to complete the diploma in Fusion therapeutic coaching. I am passionate about my work, having experienced the mental and emotional trauma of depression when I was least expecting it made me determined to use my experience to help others’

Principal Teaching Fellow, University of Southampton John Perry, MA, MA, MA, MSc, FHEA,

‘Frances is an inspirational and engaging trainer. A highly-skilled facilitator, Frances is responsive to learners’ needs, flexible, good humoured and positive in her approach.

I whole-heartedly recommend both Frances and her approach to all who are committed to helping others to move in the direction of accomplishing their full creative and constructive potential.’

Psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and trainer Peter Garner Cert Ed BA(Hons) MA www.petergarner.org

‘I have had the pleasure of undertaking a considerable amount of training delivered by Frances and can say that it has always been of a very high standard. Frances is able to draw upon a vast range of knowledge in both counselling and coaching to create learning opportunities that are informative and enjoyable. She has the knack of making complex topics easy to understand in a way that empowered me to apply my learning in a real world setting.’

BACP accredited psychotherapist and therapeutic coach Sue Harper

‘Since training as a Fusion Therapeutic Coach I have never looked back. Because it 'fuses' several key therapeutic techniques; person centred counselling, CBT and Human Givens Psychotherapy in a solution focused coaching frame work, it offers a huge tool bag of skills to use with a wide variety of clients with differing psychological issues.’

2013 Diploma graduate Tracy Giorgio

'I've never had such comprehensive training before where so many useful and practical techniques and skills were given to me. The course was fast paced and dynamic. There was lots of information but it was still accessible so I didn't feel overloaded. I'm now delivering a six week confidence building work shop for women all based on what I've learned on the Diploma and it's being so well received.

I'm about to put in for promotion within the NHS and I fully intend to take the Fusion Model with me on my professional journey. Thank you. You have given me so much professionally.'

Freelance facilitator of reflective practice Steve Dilworth D Prof MSc.

‘The psycho-education and many of the tools that we all took away in our toolkits are very adaptable to work in schools, with children and in terms of staff interaction and consistency around the children, and families’.

Founder of Gym for the Mind Esther Limberg-Berks [email protected]

'Attending the Fusion Therapeutic Diploma was a significant turning point in my life. Although I have always had a natural way with people I had never previously had any professional guidance or experience as a counsellor or coach. I was fortunate to be introduced to Frances and the Fusion Model, and this approach just made sense. Frances has given me a fantastic level of support which has no doubt helped me with my confidence to put my training into action and set up as a Wellbeing Coach and life could not be better!
