Here’s what you should be up to this month…
Sign-up forms: Ensure your sign-up forms are performing well so you can maximize your list growth up until the holiday. Also, start planning your holiday pop-up for during the sale.
Brainstorm offers: For example, mobile-only discounts to grow your SMS list or a special VIP offer for early sign-ups.
Flow Updates: Update your welcome flow for the BFCM sale, decrease time delays for abandoned carts, add holiday banners, and more.
Segmenting your list:
Example: Create 3 segments for your unengaged groups.?
Send to a highly engaged group and Group 1. See how it performs. If it performed well, repeat this every other campaign until you hit Group 3.
Take the remaining unengaged groups and filter them through a sunset flow.
Now, your engaged groups have grown and are ready for BFCM.
