China 4 China team! It was a great pleasure to meet my China 4 China team in Shanghai along with the in-house Logitech manufacturing unit at Suzhou, last week. With the hybrid work transformation, face-to-face relationships remain valuable and energetic. It also contributes to the development of trust, understanding, and empathy, as well as the broadening of the organisational culture.The C4C team performs an excellent job of fostering technology with the growing Chinese market. No wonder our VP, Personal Workspace Delphine Donné made an excellent choice to build an expert team in China and Wei Shen-Cory for supporting and building the team further.

?Suzhou Manufacturing unit! More than doing software and firmware testing, it’s important to see how our products are leaving the? manufacturing line with perfect testing. Special mention to Leon Cheng, Sr.Manager Product Quality,Brent Pyi and Susan ruan, who took us around the factory and explained us the various factory line ups. Impressed with many brilliant engineers and their commitment to build high quality Logitech products. Thanks to Francesco Spina for all the arrangements.
