Biz-Latvia and Ukraine

What Biz-Latvia is about:

We are a Latvian, and also, a international business group that is committed to building a powerful international network. We aim that our members can quickly make contacts all over the world in the interest of creating opportunities for others and ourselves.

We are more than 3,000 strong and growing. 1,700 of us are Latvian and the rest are international. More than 60% of our members joined because they are interested in networking with other Latvians or on the international scale.

On day 100 we realized that Ukraine needs to network in a massive way. Where Latvia WANTS to be in the next 9 years.... ( Connected to many industries world wide ) is... exactly where Ukraine NEEDS to be today.

Biz-Latvia has been slowly growing for many years and we have been developing better relationships internationally. Due to our "opposition" growth has been slow.

If we take on assisting Ukraine in building a network so they can reach out to the world effectively we accomplish two things at the same time. We help our sister country in times of need. We forward ourselves along with many other business men and women who will be working with Ukraine to stop the invasion and then to forward projects to rebuild Ukraine.

After Ukraine wins.... there will be many international projects creating business opportunities for all involved. Ukraine will need access to existing industries and this is the time to offer partnerships.

Let's make it happen!!! ????

On day 100... members in our Ukraine HUB realized we can do a lot more. However we will need to keep doing 3 things all the time as best we can and learn how to do it better.

Grow the Group.... Get more organized.... Get better at broadcasting information....

For starters we can quickly build up our admin team and they can get familiar with LinkedIn group tools as well as substructures of Biz-Latvia. We really need about 30 more members to take on becoming part of our admin team.

The tasks are really simple. It only takes 3 minutes 5 days a week or 15 minutes once a week. We need admin to scroll down through the posts and just react to the ones they like. If they participate in dialogs in the comment section... even better!

Admin members have the option of recommending one post each week. When they do this our members get a notification and often take the time to look at the post. This is a really powerful tool not being used very much at all. This makes it possible for members to reach 3,000 people even if they have a small existing network.

Building Bridges

Building a network is like build many bridges. We are building bridges between countries as we build them between people and companies. To make it easier to find people of common interests we have group chats we call HUBS organized by country and interest or initiatives.

Biz-Latvia wants members to PROMOTE! Be it your company, country or initiative. If you are working an initiative please post in the group and let's get members engaged.

There are lots of opportunities inside our group! If you really want to grow your network please ask about assisting in the group chats. We have many group chats around very specific interests and we are always looking for people who enjoy meeting and greeting people.

Networking is NOT easy. It's complicated and unpredictable because that is what people are! However it can be very fun and rewarding. Almost everyone has difficulty with networking so if you want to volunteer and help others get acquainted please contact me!

You will meet a lot more people and therefore have a much better chance of meeting the people who could forward your business or project the most.
