Throughout a career spanning the public, private and community sectors over 40+ years, I have seen studentry as the path preferable to mastery. Indeed, I see studentry as lifelong mastery, and my exploration in my work in and around leadership and culture ... is the role and importance of Character and Purpose and Unity in building strong leadership and cultures at school, work, business and community... and a future for us all.
