Bishopsgate Goods Yard - the Ballymore-Hammerson joint-venture - is full steam ahead with design development for procurement. Located in Shoreditch and bordering the City, the 4.5ha scheme comprises +1.45m sq.ft offices, 176k sq.ft retail, 450 homes, 150 bed hotel, 10k sq.ft cultural centre and elevated public park in an atmospheric heritage setting.

As a student 22 years ago I designed a scheme for Bishopsgate Goodsyard, inserting a series of hanging copper-clad CLT pods into the arches (back when pods were still cool!) Jonathan j Clarke was my tutor - small world! I'm now Arup's expert in brick and architectural ceramics (heritage and new build) having worked on the likes of Coal Drops Yard - so please do get in touch if I can help
