The birthing of Ascendion

The day finally cometh!?10/10/2022.?We launch Ascendion !?Something I have been waiting for with bated breath for over 2 years. I started this journey with many of you because I believed that the market had a crying need for a company that provided digital engineering solutions in a transparent and easily consumable manner for all our clients.?Thus it all began on Jun 22nd 2020 with a small group of passionate and determined people: Santhosh Mukundan Mike Samson Reshma Rahi Amit K Biswas Rajeev Gopinath Rohit Ramachandran Richard Phipps Kiran Susarla , Jayanta Banerjee Saikat Nandi and Manish Patel. The idea was created, incubated and catalyzed into an amazing story we now call Ascendion .?I was invited by my dear friend Karthik Krishnamurthy to join a wonderful team of exceptionally motivated leaders Ashwin Rao Mohit Malkani Viral Tripathi Lalit Sharma Mitesh Patel , to shape our digital engineering story and catapult it into a higher gear.? Karthik Krishnamurthy thank you for believing in me and giving me the operating freedom to experiment and innovate at a whim and a fancy that brought us to where we are today.?This turned out to be one of the best decisions in my career.?I cannot thank Sham Patel and Hiten Patel enough for their unflinching faith and support throughout this journey.?Along the way I have been blessed to have so many wonderful teammates who joined this exhilarating journey that led to the birthing of Ascendion .? Ramesh Appat Kalpana Diwakaran Muthu Chandra Bonita White Shyam Kadari Malleswararao Chamarty Vikram Eluri Subodh Jambhekar Susarla Venkata Phaniendra joined me based on a hope and a prayer with little much to show apart from a dream and a vision.

Soon we were blessed to have Prakash Balasubramanian join us, who played a pivotal role in shaping the global operations that we proudly call the engineering engine for Ascendion .?We then had a slew of key players Ramakrishnan JN Shan Duggatimatad Karthikeyan Girijanandan Sangeeta Shetty Guruswamy G Pawan Anand Magesh M Prabhu Krishnamoorthy Santosh D.
