***Birthday Celebrations! What If NOTHING was WRONG!***

I know it’s my birthday and I could be ignoring work entirely today.

But I’m sooo proud of this Expand Your Impact Insider client for sooo many reasons.

And I’m just so freaking grateful for creating THIS life and THESE amazing people to play with, that I just HAD to jump out of bed and share!

She’s got a steady stream of ideal clients asking to work WITH her.

She’s stopped wasting hours preparing for client sessions and is able to be 100% present for them each time they work together.

She’s stopped over delivering and is able to get really present with what the client needs and wants which allows her ‘extra’ free time to play with her kids/hubby or be still and reflect.

Stopping these two OVERs has given her a new space for joyfully creating content to meaningfully share her work socially.

It’s also given her the space to combine ways she finds joyful (and profitable) to express herself.

For YEARS, she’s been wrestling with the idea of a group coaching program.

Some days she’d find momentum and make progress getting the right offer together or the right people only to find herself frustrated and beating herself up for not doing it ‘right’ or it not ‘working’.

She’d feel even worse about herself and her business when she’d see others teaching and preaching it was THE WAY to 6-figure riches.

She didn’t realize it wasn’t in her energetic blueprint to facilitate group coaching and that all her efforting was getting her more and more out of alignment with the joyful expression of her purpose.

For her, it was also NOT HER PATH to 6-figures.

She needed permission to align to a different energetic blueprint and make it look and feel the way she wanted.

It MIGHT include Group Coaching at some point, but not the way she's been taught it should look. (My intuitions says possible Certification Model in her future!)

I know all these feelings of WRONGNESS because I’ve been there!

As a recovering Southern Baptist & Perfectionist, I used to be SUPER good at making myself wrong.

I’ve spent years getting myself excited about a NEW way to do things, spend countless hours studying & trying to do things the ‘right’ way.

Don’t get me wrong, Group Coaching Programs are great.

I’ve been in alignment with the right time, right offer, right partner and BAM 6-figure paydays!

So I’d try to replicate that magic - and it never felt like the stars never aligned again.

So into the wrongness of me, my business and my life's purpose.

In hindsight it’s easy to see, it takes discernment to match the right group of people with the right offer at the right time.

Put the wrong group of people together and you’ve got a mess and more work than you can imagine.

Hustle your butt off getting 1 or 2 people from 20 different sources and you’re missing time drawing dragons with the kids or Netflixing with hubby.

And there's NEVER any part of HUSTLE that includes enough our sacred inner work time.

But here’s the thing I learned, and shared with my client who took it to heart and found the peace, ease & joy she was looking for…

When you listen to a Guru tell you Group Coaching Programs are THE WAY to 6-figures and you get all excited...there’s nothing wrong with that.

But you’ve got to learn to DISCERN between the energy of something and the conclusion of something.

When you’re excited about the outcomes a Group Coaching Program provides based on what someone has told you is possible - you wanna PULL that energy into your business.

Put pull WITHOUT the energies of hard work, effort, struggle or misalignment.

AND most importantly, spend time getting really clear about what you don’t want or need to step into mastery with when it comes to HAVING that outcome in your business.
