Hello, LinkedIn family! I’m thrilled to finally share something that’s been brewing in my mind for quite some time now. For the past 20 years, I’ve had the incredible fortune of working across the IT landscape—from helping developers streamline processes to working alongside Agile coaches, CEOs, CTOs, and tech-savvy professionals who truly inspire me. It’s been a wild ride filled with challenges, learning, and lots of caffeine (seriously, I think I’ve had more coffee than code some days!).

During these two decades, I’ve seen the rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation completely transform how businesses work, scale, and innovate. And let’s be honest, as much as we all love the idea of robots doing all the hard work, the reality of learning and applying these tools can be overwhelming. That’s where this story takes a fun turn.

Why Digital Automation Toolkit?

Over countless discussions with friends, colleagues, and tech pros, a recurring theme emerged—“Hey Anand, we get AI is the future, but can you make it, well, a little less like rocket science?” And this wasn’t just from beginners; even seasoned professionals and C-level executives wanted simplified, practical insights into AI and automation. The universe was sending a clear message, and I couldn’t ignore it.

But let me take a moment to rewind. Beyond my work in IT, I've also spent a significant part of my career as a tech consultant—helping SME industries, real estate professionals, and digital marketing solution providers tackle their toughest challenges. I’ve had the privilege of designing and delivering tech solutions that don’t just solve problems, but also unlock opportunities. From boosting sales leads for small businesses through automation to creating tailored digital marketing solutions that help my clients grow, I’ve seen firsthand how automation can redefine success for industries that often lack the resources or know-how to implement cutting-edge technology.

For example, in the real estate sector, I’ve worked with partners to automate lead generation, streamline property management systems, and introduce AI-powered tools for customer engagement. My mission is simple: to simplify AI and automation for everyone by offering accessible, practical content that empowers individuals and businesses to harness technology for innovation, efficiency, and growth.

As a solution provider for SMEs, I've witnessed businesses go from struggling with manual processes to thriving with automated systems. From automating CRM tools that help manage thousands of leads for a digital marketing firm to integrating AI chatbots into sales pipelines, the results have been incredible. What I learned was that automation not only increases efficiency—it drives sales, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

(Spoiler alert: It always is!). It’s a bit like Elon Musk once said, "If something is important enough, even if the odds are against you, you should still do it."
