I’m excited to bring you some big news! My brainchild, the Peak Life Design app, is ready to be born or launched. It’s a project I have lovingly nurtured for 3 years now and it’s my way of giving back.

So why am I launching an app??

Well… One fateful night in November 2020 I lay in bed with a high fever, gasping for breath with burning pain throughout my chest at the peak of Covid pneumonia, thinking I might die. I had made “goodbye videos” to my family, and I had a moment when I made a pact with the Universe. If I live through the night, I will devote my life to helping one million people. “Why 1 million people and how would I help them?” you may be asking… well… deathbed moments are not rational. It was just an idea and a number that popped into my head… you can’t question the infinite wisdom of a deathbed aha moment!?

So, I got busy! Writing, creating, piloting and knowledge-gathering for 3 years (on top of 30 years of intense personal study and coaching thousands of people). It's still in its infant stage, with one free course and one paid course, but it's destined to grow. As it grows and develops it will expand…there is a ton of? free content being incubated (I “grew up” as a doctor in the NHS in the UK and believe that everyone should have access to quality information). In addition there will be advanced level paid courses for those committed to mastery.?
