" Birds of a Feather " a facilitation activity using Open Space Technology !

Hello IAF Delegate friends ! ??

Wanted to share something with you all ! Pertaining to Conference Lunch Plenary on the 01 Dec 2023 . " Birds of a Feather " lunch plenary !

Venue : Marigold Hotel , Hyderabad . Date : 01 Dec 2023 . Event : IAF Asia Conference . IAF = International Association of Facilitators . Activity : " Birds of a feather.

Details : During lunch, I , Parineeta Mehra & Prakash Rai gave A 4 size papers to delegates having lunch at their tables, 6 per table . And markers. They can write what ever topic they want to discuss with fellow delegates, while lunching . If they don't want to , that is ok too. Totally free flowing game. Totally voluntary.

Many of our IAF delegates, facilitator friends, responded with topics . To Prakash Rai, Parineeta Mehra & to me !

Mr Larry Philbrooks plans to conduct a virtual , open space technology session building on the above ideas in near future.
