BIPO is Establishing a Regional Headquarters in Central Asia
BIPO, a global leader in payroll outsourcing and human capital management solutions, has registered a legal entity in Uzbekistan in order to establish regional headquarters. In a meeting with representatives from IT Park Uzbekistan, the discussion focused on the growth strategy of BIPO from our country, including the expansion of the business operations to other markets with involvement of the local talent.
Farkhod Ibragimov , CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, and Makhliyo Muksinova , Director of Export Services Development, led the discussions on the Uzbek side. Yury Karp , Regional Head for China, led the BIPO delegation.
Founded in 2004, BIPO operates over 40 offices worldwide, spanning Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The company specializes in outsourcing payroll services—managing salary processing, tax compliance, and related administrative tasks for businesses globally. With a revenue of $100 million in 2023, BIPO is continually expanding its global operations and sees Uzbekistan as a strategic location for further growth.

Key topics of the meeting included the establishment of an office in Uzbekistan, leveraging local talent, and exploring collaborative business opportunities. BIPO has shown strong interest in the skilled workforce available in Uzbekistan, as well as in the government support programs for IT companies.
The potential opening of a BIPO office in Uzbekistan would offer substantial opportunities for local professionals and bolster Uzbekistan’s standing in the global outsourcing industry.
