In the morning of the 23rd,?surgeons?from the Hernia and Abdominal Surgery of Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital, Capital Medical University?performed 5 standardized surgery demonstrations, including laparoscopic high hernia sac ligation, TAPP, TEP, IPOM, and open Lichtenstein?surgery.?The whole operation was broadcast live to the training class site. During the broadcast, Professor Chen Jie and Huang Yonggang commented on the scene,?introduced the?surgical skills and operation methods, and the on-site training students gained a lot. From the afternoon of the 23rd to the morning of the 24th, a series of wonderful academic lectures were brought by domestic and foreign experts. They?comprehensively?teached?hernia and abdominal wall surgery related issues, from anatomy, standardized surgery, surgical decision-making, complications management, and new treatment methods. All aspects were fully explained, and the questions raised by the trainees were answered carefully.
