BIOSECURITY CLINICAL WEAR USED, THAT ARE EXPOSED OUTSIDE OF THE HEALTH PREMISES

I want to bring this subject that I see it happen mainly in developing countries, but in some cases in Developed.
The problem of this, is that here at least in the global south, there are hospital or health center that go out of the health premises, to either buy something or do something in the outside, in the street, and therefore their clinical wear is no longer under a biosecurity level, since it has been exposed outside of the premises, and it is contaminated .
This really for bio security, health and security reasons should not be allowed, because, then really what is the use to use all this attire that is normally hygienic and sterilized..
Either they change their clothes, if they are going out of the health center, and if they go out with the clinical attire, they cannot enter the sterilized areas and expose all, staff as well as patients.
How to enforced it, I leave to your opinion.
