Client Spotlight???

All the way in Pasadena, NL, the Saucy Newfoundland Company was established back in?2017 from a shared passion for innovative food. Today, these sauce aficionados are shaking things up with nine unique flavors like Partridgeberry BBQ, Blueberry Balsamic, and the feisty Screeching Hot, all celebrating the culinary richness?of Newfoundland.

In their pursuit of expansion, Julia Allingham, the Founder, approached BioFoodTech for support. Recognizing the need for validation, we conducted shelf-life testing, reviewed processing systems, ensured food safety checks and allowed the brand to confidently share a best before date with their customers.

The Saucy Newfoundland Company is set to conquer new markets with sights already set on out-of-province sales certification. We can't wait to see what the future holds for the Saucy Newfoundland Company!??????
