This lady only wanted to restore the central incisors to close the median diastema.

Using the Smile Gauge discussions could be made to involve the lateral incisors so the result would be a much more balanced smile, and the centrals couldn’t be so square or wide which would not be cosmetic.

In retrospect I should have reduced the prominence of the distal of the right central incisor more prior to treatment. 

She was very pleased with the result as it was better than she had ever imagined possible with such a minimally invasive technique.
