Bing Chat is Extremely Useful to Software Developers for Debugging

Software developers, particularly the beginners, ?spend a lot of time debugging the software i.e. to find out where is the mistake. Many times mistake made by us are difficult to find out ourselves. Those working in groups can ask their colleagues to help but persons like me, who are fully working from home, are finding debugging difficult. If we try to get help from some forum, it may take a day or two to get reply [ and sometimes even more ], delaying the work.????

But now I found that Bing Chat ?is extremely useful to detect such bugs in software. Just copy the code in the Bing Chat ?and give him error message or wrong output and expected output. In most of the cases it will be able to point out where is the mistake.

I am using this from last few weeks and I am surprised at how well Bing Chat ?can do it even when it is general purpose tool i. e. it is not specially trained for software development or debugging. It works for many different type of software and tool including work involving complex situations where multiple tools / programming languages needs to be taken into account. Recently I came across a case of software error which involved knowledge of JSON schema, JavaScript, Postman and Chai library for testing. Bing Chat could point out where I was making mistake. And this is totally free. Therefore I suggest software developers, more particularly the beginners, ?to try this. They will benefit a lot. ?

There are also some AI based software debugging tools are available. However, most of them are not based on GPT-4. When somebody will train GPT-4 for software debugging, it will work still much better. But those GPT-4 based tools are not likely to be free. We are lucky to have benefit of?competition between Microsoft and Google to get Bing Chat ?as well as Google Bard free. Bing Chat ??gives correct answer most of the time, including the above mentioned complex case. I tried Bard also for the same case but it gave wrong, misleading answer. But I will try again in future, more specifically where Bing Chat ?can not solve my?issue. ???
