BIM - The Unstoppable

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is not new, but a key shift happened amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Construction digitalisation is rolling out across the globe at an unstoppable speed and like never before. While the Hong Kong Government has pledged to implement a massive push towards BIM, Hip Hing has also accelerated the development of BIM, and has adopted BIM on over 40 projects.

BIM simulates the construction project in a virtual environment, and helps deliver solutions prior to design approval, fabrication and construction, which can be applied for the trending MiC and Multi-trade Integrated MEP (MiMEP).
