Featured in dozen’s of national press articles as a funky, retro diner specializing in burgers, onion rings & milkshakes, Bill Bob’s will soon have a new home in Branson.
Still located on the famous Hwy. 76, Billy Bob’s will be leasing the former Great Southern Drive-Thru Bank Building at 1829 W. Hwy 76, across the street from the Apple Tree Mall and next door to the new Quality Inn Hotel.
Commercial 1 Brokers represented the new buyer of the Great Southern Building and with the purchase and leasing to Billy Bob’s. The new building owner has begun renovations this week and hopes to turn over the building to Bill Bob’s for final finish in time to open after the first of the year. “In the mean time we will continue to be open at our current restaurant at 1901 W Hwy, 76 just up the street”, said Don Gibson, owner.
“We will have more comfortable seating, parking, easy access from the Strip and to the rear of the property on Colonial Drive” said Gibson. “Of course we will still have the great burgers, malts, pies and onion rings we are famous for. Don’t worry our original griddle will be moving to the new property” added Nancy Gibson.
Keep a look out for the grand opening of the new restaurant after the first of the year.
