Are billionaires addicts, living out their addictions right in front of our eyes?

This is just a musing? Just a question? Do you ever wonder that billionaires are simply addicts leaving their addictions right in front of us? What's their addiction you ask, the money of course. Think about it, some of them have the kind of money that they know not what to do with.

An addiction is some compulsive behaviour that takes a life of its own in the host. Addiction becomes a parasite in control. Think about a man worth more than some group of countries combined he continues striving to get more. What will he use that money for, nobody knows even him? All he knows is that he needs more. Remember that quip by the richest man of his day Rockefeller, after being asked when he would have enough, 'just a little bit more'. Ladies and gentlemen those are words associated with addicts, just one more hit.

Don't get it twisted, I carry no beef against billionaires. They might be addicts, but among addictions, theirs is a noble addiction...at least noble for them. All I am saying is that these men and women might be living out the psychosis right in from of us. We might be enablers with all our admiration and constant reverential praise of their wealth. but remember, I am not exactly known for being right so it might be they are not addicts after all.

What other behaviour do you think is an addiction which we see practised by those we admire? Could the relationship between politicians and lies qualify? Or could all those gossip talk shows tell us something about the relationship between the hosts and gossip? Who knows?
