This concept can also apply in the workplace, where two colleagues may compete with each other but also work together towards a common goal ??. It's important to recognize that while someone may seem like a threat, they can also be a valuable collaborator in certain situations ??.

Benefits of Training Colleagues:

• Deeper Understanding: Teaching a skill requires a thorough understanding. As you explain concepts to others, you solidify your own knowledge and identify areas that might need further clarification.
