Billion dollar brain

Past few months, I investigated the importance of artificial intelligence. It was an incredible journey. Now, I see the world from a really different perspective. I see how most of the companies values and strategies will vanish in years. I think the most important now, to identify the essential things. In this article, I'm trying to summarize my findings.

It is a no-brainer thing to understand how AI will replace our current workload. If we accept the numbers created by WEF (World Economic Forum) and other intelligent guys, we know to date and two numbers.

In 2025, AI will replace 50% of our current work; in 2029, it can solve all problems that a human could.

If we add an exponential graph to this information, we get the following result.

What is the key takeaway? If we want to stay on the top of the edge, now we must utilize AI for 25% of our workload. How about your company? Where are you from this 25%?

Bad news! Next year, this number will be around 30%. But how we get back to the title of this article?

Artificial Intelligence needs the best talents! As demand rise, the price of the best talents will rise into the clouds! In Eastern Europe, a yearly salary with a tag of 170.000 USD is a no-go. Even at the largest companies. But how it compares to Silicon Valley?

Google ranks its developers from 3 to 11 levels.

You can quickly identify the entry-level for these colleagues is higher than the maximum in these countries. At level 8, it goes over one million!

What is their specialty? They think in an exponential mindset! What it means? They do not look for the 10%; they go for the 10x/100x/1000x. That's why Bill Gates quoted, they need unfair compensation! They can give more value than an average company able to understand.

But how this relates to the artificial intelligence which I described before?

AI will replace the jobs which go with the low-hanging fruit! The companies that utilize the low range of talents will lose on the battlefield first! Those who have the "million or even billion-dollar brain" will win the competition in the long run. How long the run? 8 years from now.

The utilization of these brains is not only a company interest but more a national interest! Those who have more from these brains will compete better, and these "brains" will spend their income in the country where they live! Start rethink your strategy, both company and national wide!

It was a nice picture. We will face a more harsh reality. We can let sleep ourselves further. It doesn't make a difference.
