Bill Thomas...the roles we play.
As the curtain closed on his time at the University of Illinois, Bill took a bow with a BFA in Performing Arts in hand, exited stage left and entered the world of real estate.
Having developed people skills, creativity, and analytical thinking through theatre, he made his next debut as a commercial property manager. It was a transition made with ease. Just like a performer, building managers must wear many hats. From crunching numbers to negotiating leases, construction management to event planning, cultivating the most gratifying work environment for occupants is all in a day’s work.
With a passion for history and the people who make it, Bill was fortunate not only to handle operations in Chicago’s Tribune Tower, but shine a spotlight on the landmark’s narrative through charismatic tours. The St. Charles native married his college sweetheart, has a guitar loving little boy, and a cheese loving Shitzu. He's setting the stage next at Golub & Company, where he will serve as General Manager of 300 South Wacker. Connect with Bill today!
