THE BIGGEST THIEF OF YOUR HAPPINESS IS NEGATIVE EMOTIONS
While it is normal for human beings to experience negative emotions, it is not healthy for us to have a long-lasting relationship with them.
The biggest thief of your happiness is guilt, anger, hate, fear, and sadness.
LIFE delivers people, events, and circumstances we did not expect at our doorstep but the question is:
"HOW do you respond?"
1. LOVE YOURSELF. God is love. You are love. You are always worthy of love. Love restores all negatives into positives.
2. BE KIND TO YOURSELF. Separate "who" you are from the events or circumstances which are causing you stress and distress.
3. FORGIVE YOURSELF. If you knew better you would have done better.
4. BE GRATEFUL to be alive and for all that you have now.
5. FORGE FORWARD with an inspired spirit.
Affirmations:
- "I am larger and stronger than any conflict."
- "I am love."
- "I choose positive thinking."
- "I choose positive doing."
Resist the urge to let negative emotions steal any more of your happiness and emotional health!
Be blessed.

6 年Powerful! While I’m reading your article today, June 7, and finding it so prophetic to me I just realized I found, in one of the camping sites we stayed in Oregon not too long ago, a beautiful small rock that had written in one of the sides the words, “Love yourself” and in the other side a name and date and I’m reflecting on it. Thank you for the reminder Teresa.
