The biggest struggle with diet

Hey,

in the world today there is so much confusion when it comes to diet.

So many different advice of whats the best way to eat and its tough making a decision on what you should be doing.

But one thing i've learnt is we need to stop looking for a new diet and improve the one we have, and the biggest struggle is simple...

Portion control

I often say theres no such thing as an unhealthy food, just an unhealthy portion size, which loosely speaking is correct (im sure ill get someone respond with a food which doesnt fall under this).

So Elly and i have the same message for everyone when they start out.

Track your food and watch the portion control, then and only then should you look at your balance of macros (proteins carbs and fats).
