"The biggest step forwards in the methods space since the Agile Manifesto"?

"The biggest step forwards in the methods space since the Agile Manifesto"

An invitation to apply to our?Essence Exploration Day!

Here is what key people in the industry say...

  • Jeff Sutherland, co-founder of Scrum:?“58% of Scrum implementations fail”.?Moreover, he says “Essence can quickly identify the cause of failure”, and that?“Essence is the key to success”.
  • Scott Ambler, creator of Disciplined Agile:?”Essence is one of the most important things happening in the software engineering space. I'm honoured to be involved.”
  • Joakim Sundén, co-founder of the Spotify Model:?“A key principle of the "Spotify model" is that teams should be autonomous and empowered to find the practices that work best for their context. Essence is the perfect fit for this essentially agile approach to organizational design and development, supporting both autonomy and alignment."?
  • Joseph Pelrine, an experienced psychologist and Agilist, previously CTO of eBay:?“I now consider Essence to potentially be?the biggest step forwards in the methods space since the Agile Manifesto”.

To help newcomers get “under the skin of” Essence we arranged three?Essence Exploration Days?with leaders from 15 very well-known companies.?These days were very successful. Many of the participating companies are now engaged in various degrees of Essence adoption.

This one-day course is a shortened version of a three-day course also titled?‘Better Scrum through Essence’.?It was not just about Scrum, but Scrum was used as an example. The course was very successful.?Don’t take our word for it;?look at what the participants say.?Note in particular what these people say: Joakim Sundén, co-creator of the Spotify Model, and David Bulkin, who has certified more than 13,000 Scrum Masters.

Get a taste of Essence!

Interested to learn more about what Essence can do for you?

We have created two more opportunities to participate in an?Essence Exploration Day, the 15th of September or the 20th of September. We require good motivations for attending, but the course is free. From each company we invite a champion and a sponsor, both leaders in different ways. In exceptional cases it is acceptable for only one of these leaders participate, but it has clearly been demonstrated that you get most value by being a pair.?

We promise a game changing, once in a lifetime experience for participants in this?Essence Exploration Day.
