The biggest sales meeting in ONLY Brand House history
The year 2023 marked another significant milestone at ONLY Brand House—the hosting of the biggest sales meeting ever held by the organisation. The anticipation and excitement surrounding this event were clear, as representatives from across the world gathered in a grand venue to get even closer to each other, the markets, and the products.
The Kickstarter?
The opening show - a group of dancers wearing outfits from each brand set the scene and for sure got everyone’s attention. Afterwards, CEO, Finn Poulsen, welcomed everyone from the stage as the first speaker, followed by a presentation about results, insights, strategies, and ONLY Brand House future vision and actions.?
Sales Director, Victor Hallgren Pinholt also took the center stage paying tribute to all ten-year anniversary celebrants across countries. We appreciate all our colleagues and their everyday efforts, and we want everyone to know that. Furthermore, relevant facts about performance and benchmarks followed up.
The speakers captivated the attendees with their knowledge and passion, fostering a mood of motivation and team spirit.
Networking and collaboration?
In addition to the inspiring presentations, the sales meeting featured workshops and networking opportunities. Representatives from different markets and divisions engaged in meaningful discussions, sharing best practices, and forging new strategies together. The event facilitated a rich exchange of feedback from both sales representatives, designers, and buyers creating a sense of unity and motivation among the attendees. The workshops dived into the latest market trends, the coming fashion trends, consumer preferences, and innovative market strategies, equipping the attendees with valuable knowledge and tools to excel in their roles when starting the sale of the collection in July.?

With around 55 showrooms in 20 different countries, we are dealing with a lot of market specific collections, trends, tendencies, and cultures. Gathering all our sales representatives from the showrooms makes it possible to get even closer to the markets which is for sure necessary with the biggest Spring/Summer collection ever. ?

The right products at the right time?
...Of course, as we are tempted to say, but in the matter of fact, this is a highly prioritized topic for several brands at ONLY Brand House. The global market situation changes a lot, and even though we have created and sold collections for several years, we need to get even better to hit the market with the right products at the right time.
“The importance of timing is like the importance of the market specific products. Our products can be the best, but if they are not delievered when the customers need them, we are not right on time. That is, for instance, also the feedback we got from the markets.” - Pernille List, Brand Manager, ONLY Carmakoma.
?Another essential topic for ONLY Carmakoma during the sales meeting was; Swimwear. For Spring/Summer 24 we will deliever even more swimwear than this year. This year’s performance indicates that the market demands it, and therefore we look forward to rolling out our ‘swim attack’- beautiful swim wear in plus size.?
ONLY Carmakoma is not the only one focusing on swimwear for Spring/Summer 24. When KIDS ONLY introduced their Spring/Summer 24 collection, a beautiful capsule with glitter swimsuits, printed bikinies and flip-flops grabbed the attention. But guess what; swim was not the only high topic for KIDS ONLY:

We are family?
How is it like coming to Denmark, seeing all your colleagues from around the world? When asking 3 collegaues from both Salzburg and Vienna in Austria, it is not only a great oppourtunity to get inspired. Inspired by other divisions, by feedback from neighbour markets or learnings about the new collection. Nina from Salzburg (Austria) just started her ONLY Brand House journey in May 2023, and this is the perfect beginning of a new adventure, she said. A dive into a growing company with 100 km/h, but also a start full of essential presentaitons about the company’s visions. Albulena from Vienna (Austria) who has been working here for 4 years agreed and added;
“It is interesting to hear about other markets and strategies, key pro-ducts and not least, their performance of previous collections. But one thing is sure- we are definitely looking forward to the dinner tonight. This is an amazing opportuniy to get together. We are family!”?

And the winner is...?
The sales meeting also celebrated the outstanding achievements of ONLY Brand House’s top-performing individuals and teams across markets. Awards were presented to recognize excellence in sales. The recognition bestowed upon these dedicated professionals motivated others to strive for greatness and inspired a healthy competitive spirit within the organisation. By the way, everyone knows that it will never be a true award show without gold and glitter, right??
As the sales meeting ended, attendees left with a renewed sense of purpose and determination to drive the whole ONLY Brand House forward, and to sell in the new collection, armed with newfound knowledge and connections, and more than ready to enter the market with the biggest Spring/Summer collection ever. The biggest sales meeting in ONLY Brand House history has successfully set a new benchmark for excellence, and we will chase our goals with power.?
A bit of a puzzle
Preparations for the sales meeting began months in advance. Our Project Manager, Jeanne Reihs, and organising committee spared no effort in ensuring that every aspect of the event was flawlessly executed. The chosen venue at Messecenter Herning was transformed into a hub of creativity and inspiration with work stations, showrooms, and lounge areas. Captivating visuals from all brands, and Spring vibes, setting the stage for some busy yet fantastic days made it an amazing experience. ?
“Preparation for the sales meeting started back in December 2022. It takes a lot to establish such a huge event, and one of our focus points was to reuse inventory from previous events, which is a bit of a puzzle when it also had to match that of the venue.” Project Manager, Jeanne Reihs says and continues; “With 21 showrooms in total, I think you can imagine the that.”
