For example, Agile can be applied to marketing campaigns, product development, human resources, and even personal projects. The key is to focus on delivering value to the customer through an iterative and collaborative approach.
While Agile may not be suitable for every situation, it can be a valuable tool for any industry that prioritizes customer satisfaction and value delivery. The idea is to deliver some value, quicker, faster and more efficiently, small changes in your current structure can go very far.
