3. It takes a long time to learn how to coach - MYTH - Coaching is a very simple process and can be learned in a weekend... But to become a great coach requires a lot of experience of coaching real clients. If you practice using the coaching process with lots of people you will become a great coach. The problem is most people don't get enough experience and thats why it takes them a long time to become a great coach. And a BIGGER TRUTH is that most aspiring coaches never become great coaches because they don't have the experience.
