Have you ever met a woman who, once COMMITTED to a particular endeavor, did not achieve the goal?

Everyone knows that once a woman commits, it's a done deal.
She will WHATEVER IT TAKES to see that goal come to fruition-
She'll go without sleep.
She'll forget to eat.
She'll cowboy shower and exercise the progressive updo hairstyles of dry shampoo- (you know what I'm talkin about!)
She'll study twice as hard, prepare twice as long, put in the twice the effort and twice the work.
She'll stand in the middle of the fire and take whatever hits are necessary to move that endeavor forward.
And she'll do it behind closed doors, in complete silence, and without complaining because she's committed.
It's more than just "hustle culture."

It's part of her DNA.
With all of these endeavors, and this can be on the personal or professional front- SHE PUSHES THROUGH.
That operating system works in just about any avenue; but when it comes to "losing weight" "pushing through" (and operating in what are essentially the valleys of extreme deprivation) is not compatible with life.
It takes your moods on a wild roller coaster, puts your metabolism on the crazy train, and causes food phobia.
There's tons of ways to handle your body composition, and equally as many long-held beliefs and practices about how to do so.
But as a woman who started dieting at the age of 8, who spent the greater part of the next 30 YEARS(!!!) on the yo-yo train of an ever-changing body size (along with the emotional highs and lows of doing so) - I PROMISE you, there's a better way to do this. One where you look and feel great- AND you can do it WHILE living your life.
That may sound pie in the sky, and cue the Negative Committee inside your head. What I've learned through my own personal walk to master my metabolism, as well as what I do now for the women that I coach- YOU HAVE TO START OUT WITH THE RIGHT INFORMATION.
