For the over 60 crowd, maybe the biggest irony in my research, so far, is that anti-communist American white nationalists are using a Russian-built social media platform to bypass control from US companies and government.

What could go wrong with that? Most software services have a back door entry for their developers, so all the data is easily accessible. No hacking required! So Russia now has access to a list of dissidents to help create Russian interference in elections and everything else.

I discussed my article "Arkansas Town Battles Hate Legacy of Southern Poverty (SPLC) Law Center"with a close friend, retired attorney executive. How Jason Robb had remained outside the mayhem. From our conversation, and his body language; I decided it's time to take a closer look. If you missed it or forgot it, you can click above for a quick review.

Spoiler alert: General counsel of the KKK, said that while he personally has not been barred from Facebook or Twitter, he began using VKontakte (VK) in the last year or two "as I started seeing others switch over to VK and decided to give it a try."

Since SPLC and newspapers are not tech savvy they are easily redirected by Tom Robb to bogus "old school" hate groups, failing to identify any new ones, now under Russian influence. Hate group locations are now virtual using code word access while SPLC and the media are still using obsolete road maps to locate fake hate groups and addresses. Lost in the 80's.

My investigation has been independent, so reaching a conclusion has been long and arduous. All the perceptions and distractions have been thoroughly investigated, and documented in my previous 21 Linkedin articles written since September 1, 2019.

When you make personal discoveries it's rewarding, as well as disconcerting to find out what others have ignored or missed.

My conclusions affect all involved - SPLC, AP News, Wikipedia,Google, YouTube, state news, local news, NPR, Harrison community leaders, political leaders,etc.

Brief Background:

From SPLC website- "Over the past 30 years, each year since 1990, the SPLC has published an annual census of hate groups operating within the United States. The number is a barometer, albeit only one, of the level of hate activity in the country. The hate map, which depicts the groups' approximate locations, is the result of a year of monitoring by analysts and researchers and is typically published every January or February. It represents activity by hate groups during the previous year."

The technology highway is littered with companies who failed to manage change over those 30 years. Since 1990, there has been a transformation in the handling of social media, aka personal data - Internet, Facebook, Google, Amazon, YouTube, and even VK? and Yandex? Companies have changed from being highly centralized to operating virtual, while accessing the best talent in the world. I've designed and developed behavioral marketing and targeted sales models. I've experienced the change from the privacy extremes of personal information to the willingness to give it away for social media (Facebook) and search (Google) services. Facebook, Amazon, and Google found the lucrative advertising niche while newspapers and telecommunications missed it. Essentially using ads to more than cover development and content costs.Making them the most profitable businesses in the world.

Back to business from sidebar: One of my big disappointments has been the inability of SPLC and the media to answer the simplest question about their research. SPLC is the single source of racial information; and when they are wrong, the mistakes and costs become exponential.

Every time I have asked about the hate group selection process, I have been stonewalled, or questioned on why I am challenging their "year of monitoring by analysts and researchers"? SPLC General Counsel stated,as far as the lack of any filing or tax status "That is not a determinative factor with respect to whether a group exists or not". OK, but when the Robb family is the primary recipients of membership fees, and the seller of racially slanted services and products in a small community, there will be law enforcement followup.

Another spoiler alert, state filings are much more informational than other sources!

One other significant factor is the Robb's use of Stone Financial, Tax Center, and Wealth Management. All confirmed through multiple filings with the Arkansas Secretary of State. SPLC is on record for not seeing value of filings.

Obviously Stone Financial has a lot at risk with any reporting or tax mishandling of the Robb owned ventures listed in the SPLC Harrison area hate groups. Those identified by SPLC's analysts and researchers. Significant since Stone appears to be the only outside local professional service that the Robb family has confidence in.

Note Scott Stone and D. Scott Stone are the incorporator / organizer and tax preparer officers for Jason Robb, Reg. Agent for Robb Holdings, LLC - Meinke Car Care Center which was operated by Jason's sister and brother-in-law Rachel and Scott Pendergraft. Stone Financial , Tax Preparer , PLLC is listed as an officer for Knights Party Committee a nonprofit corporation. Reg. Agent Jason Robb

The nonprofit sites run by the Knights Party, or Robb family, generally ask for pledges or donations, and make members pay to attend Knights' events.

Note the principal address of the Knights Party, and it's not Zinc.

The question about how SPLC became the single source for racial questions, is yet to be addressed. Time for AP News, or SPLC, Wikipedia, Google, and YouTube to step up as well.

Also the question about how hate groups are selected. With all the new analytical tools available, why are 1990 techniques still being used?

Another tidbit is he and Knights Party are using Windstream, based on email address

After much investigation, SPLC and the Robb Law Firm / Knights Party appears to be the local co-conspirator (intentional or unintentional), since they both profit the most from labeling Harrison as racists.

So the winners are SPLC and Robb family. The big loser is the City of Harrison along with businesses and residents. No doubt the racists labeling has cost millions and in the future hundreds of millions of dollars. Mark Potok has been the public face and voice of the Southern Poverty Law Center and the brains behind the insanely lucrative annual “Hate Map” fundraising tool for nearly two decades. It would nearly impossible to estimate how many millions of donor-dollars Mr. Potok has brought into SPLC coffers over the years

One glaring oversight issue was SPLC's failure to include Tom Robb's son, Jason and his Robb Law Firm; since Jason is an incorporator / organizer, director, reg. agent of Knights Party Committee (Formerly KKK) and his law firm.

Robb Law Firm has had a billboard for several years. The photo of billboard on left is recent. Jason represents several Klan groups! Jason oversaw Knights Party application form legal work. Might note Heritage Connection formed by Tom Robb's daughter and Ozark Craft operated by Robb's son-in-law were listed in the hate group list; but not Jason.

Heritage Connections hate group includes Robb's daughter and granddaughters. Their last names are Pendergraft, and they perform at the Christian Revival Services - should know that with minimal search research, or from the Knights Party Committee state filing - they are officers. They sell CD's, autographed pictures, and T-Shirts. Sales tax? IRS?

Same goes for revoked status hate group Ozark Craft run by Robb's son-in-law, Scott Pendergraft. What is he doing? State sales tax? IRS? A LLC. Revoked generally means out of business.

Are they included in Knights Party tax filings? As far as revenue and expenses? Ozark Craft is a LLC, so should not be commingled with nonprofit. Only Stone Financial knows!

The obvious conclusion is those two hate groups - Heritage Connection and Ozarks Craft could capitalize from SPLC's publicity, while it could be very detrimental to son's law firm to be listed? Based on criteria used by SPLC it would appear Jason or his Law Firm should be listed as a hate group; so that the uninformed public aren't mislead by a billboard, website, and a downtown address.

There are concerns about breach of fiduciary duty with clients when an attorney represents several interests, and favors his own.As you have seen in Arkansas Secretary of State filing Jason Robb is registered agent and along with father and sister incorporator / organizers for Knights Party Committee.

Check association application below for wording "understand that The Knights Party is legal and law abiding and that I will never be asked to commit an unlawful act." "I understand I will be expected to be honest, ethical, sacrificing, dedicated, disciplined, and loyal. I understand I can resign at any time." Remaining issue - Knights Party Application states checks are to be made payable to American Heritage Committee? So important to track how deposits are reported. What bank account used for American Heritage Committee? How funds are used? Note credit cards not accepted only checks or money orders. A new billboard has been put up on Highway 65 S in Harrison, AR. It promotes the www.whiteprideradio.com internet radio program and it is aired 24/7. The billboard promotes the idea that white people have a right to be proud of their culture and heritage and that it is worth preserving. With white children 15 years and younger already a minority in the U.S., White genocide is quickly upon our people and this billboard will help remind travelers that they can tune to a radio program that promotes a love for their family.

Potato Salad and Hate: Ku Klux Klan Luring Families With Children to Arkansas for White Nationalist Indoctrination Thursday, August 22, 2019

Note this is from the Hate Trackers blogspot, essentially they monitor VK. Others may even hack it - no doubt the CIA and FBI have hackers monitoring it.

While monitoring the Russian social media platform VK for Klan activity in February, Hate Trackers found the photos and a post made by Jason Robb, the son of Thomas Robb.

In the post he stated, "Pastor Thomas Robb visited Dr. Ed Fields in Georgia about a week ago. Dr. Ed Fields and Pastor Robb have been involved in the white resistance since the 60s. Dr. Fields published the truth at last newspaper for decades and spoke with Pastor Robb at rallies in Montgomery, Alabama and the annual Stone Mountain rallies organized by Mr. Venable up to the late 80s. They have remained close friends for decades. I posted this so some who are new to the struggle will know the fight has been going on for a long time and just not a few years ago and what old warriors look like. Of course I can say that since he is my dad." [All errors belong to Jason Robb]

Now, it's out with the old and in with the new.

In seeking to replenish his shrinking numbers, Pastor Robb has reached out to both Klan children and non-Klan children.

While grooming children into white nationalism, the hate-mongering predator warns those with parents not of the hate group "If your parents don’t like the Klan, you need to handle your relationship with them carefully. You must never waver from your convictions and love of our race, faith and homeland."

At 73, Robb is getting a bit too old to keep up with Klan activities, so he's been preparing his son attorney Jason Robb to eventually take over.

Pastor Robb's daughter, Rachel Pendergraft, acts as the Knights Party's national organizer and is considered number two within the organization. However, being female they're not going to allow her to take over for her father. As a preteen being raised in the Klan, she was "knighted" by David Duke and has been spreading the White Christian message for nearly 35 years now.

Pendergraft's daughters, Shelby and Charity, are Christian Identity singers, who entertain at Klan events as Heritage Connection. They're now having their four children - Charity is 23 with three children and Shelby is 21 with one child - and are raising a fourth generation of their family into the Ku Klux Klan.

Are disclosures by the Robb Law Firm being made to clients on associations with Knights Party and other activities including use of Russian Facebook and other clones of US software?

There are strict fiduciary responsibilities for attorneys that appear to be ignored by Jason Robb.

SPLC consideration for damages created to communities for original errors, and failure to correct in a timely manner could be substantial.

Always nice to have an attorney in the family for handling Zinc neighbors.

Deputy prosecutor Chris Carter said he believed Lewis had split from the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, which was founded by Thom Robb of rural Boone County. "Those two had a falling out," said Carter. Over the past few years there have been several attempts to re-brand Harrison. Lot of time and money have been spent. As long as the Robbs' have a presence in Harrison and Harrison area, it's no more than putting lipstick on a pig, as far as outsiders are concerned.

I have documented that Harrison has a great story. My articles have been based on facts from original sources, and not based on perceptions.

Government action and legal action must be pursued to monetize and recover past losses and minimize future losses. There has been substantial losses to community businesses and resident's property value.

If they are doing hate videos to increase membership, generate sponsorships, and sell material there are laws to be observed. shut them down. Note: if you check YouTube viewings they are minimal and abysmal - ranging from 12 to 40 views - they are on SPLC life support. Time for SPLC to stop creating self fulfilling prophecies! Not a different hate group when same person is the registration agent, and officers are the same on Knights Party Committee (duplicate remove).

 2.     HERITAGE CONNECTION -- HATE MUSIC – HARRISON – In 2009, Robb's daughter Rachel Pendergraft and his granddaughters, Charity (born 1985) and Shelby (born 1987) Pendergraft, formed a "white nationalist" band called Heritage Connection -- Heritage Connection at Sunday services. heritageconnectionband.com at Christian Revival Center. If you check they are selling CD's, autographed pictures, T-Shirts - They're in Robb's organization - how's it reported? Are they paying sales tax? How about state income and IRS? How is it separate from Robb's nonprofits? Might note Rachel Pendegraft and Shelby (Pendergraft)Wickey are officers on Knights Party Committee (duplicate remove).

Not a new hate group - supported by Robb - separate record keeping for membership, revenue, and expenses. Selling ads and paying for content. Keeping logs. Not having content licensing approval for music can be very expensive. Knights Party Committee (duplicate remove).

2. WHITE HOODS AND KEYBOARDS: AN EXAMINATION OF THE KLAN AND KU KLUX KLAN WEB SITES By ANDREW G. SELEPAK in his PhD paper.

The Knights Party’s national headquarters is located in Harrison, Arkansas, and the Knights party’s main site and feeder sites at arkpower-light.com and kkk.com,included links to the online store Christian Books and Things, which is also located inHarrison, Arkansas. All three sites link to the Christian Books and Things site atchristianbooksandthings.net/index1.htm. The store sold t-shirts, hats, flags, pins,patches, books, and an assortment of Klan and Confederate merchandise. Deceptively,the sites link to the christianbooksandthings.net /index1.htm site, which included a USAflag and two Confederate flags, and sold various Klan and Confederacy merchandise.However, the main site christianbooksandthings.net, which is not the link from the Knights Party sites, did not have any Confederate flags on it, and while there were a handful of Confederate t-shirts that could be purchased on the main site, there were no Klan items. However, the christianbooksandthings.net site looked different and only sold 59 religious items. The Christian Books and Things main site was also listed by the SPLC as a General Hate site (Southern Poverty Law Center, 2010). In addition, the Knights Party?s feeder site at kkk.com and the Knights Party?s main site had links to another online store at ozarkscraft.net, which was also located in Harrison, Arkansas. The Ozark Craft site was also listed by the SPLC as a General Hate site (Southern Poverty Law Center, 2010). Ozark Crafts sold ceramic Klan dolls,Confederate jewelry and merchandise, crosses, Confederate and biker t-shirts, and White Pride Music from the group Heritage Connection. It is worth noting the two lead female singers in Heritage Connection are the granddaughters of Knights Party National Director Thomas Robb and the daughters of Knights Party National Organizer Rachel Pendergraft, and the group is listed as a Racist Music organization by the SPLC (Southern Poverty Law Center, 2010). Overall, only four of the 25 sites directly sold merchandise to site visitors. In addition, three of the five sites from the Knights Party had links to online stores with possible connections to the Knights Party but under different URLs. The Knights Party was the most aggressive Klan group to recruit individuals to its organization. The Knights Party Veterans League (KPVL) site included a link to an external web site at christianconcepts.net/informat.htm, for site users to print out a form to mail to join the KPVL, and provided a link to the site christianconcepts.net/joinwithcard.htm, where individuals could join by credit card. The Knights Party site at arkpower-light.com also included a link to christianconcepts.net/joinwithcard.htm, and another link where individuals who only wanted to give money to the Knights Party but did not want to join could become supporters at christianconcepts.net/ofcredit.htm. The Knights Party site at kkk.com, provided a link to the main Knights Party site for users to join. The Knights Party?s main site provided a PDF that could be printed and mailed in to join, an online form for users to fill out to join which also provided a blank space for users to donate more money in addition to joining, an online form for individuals to become official supporters for $35 and an additional option to pledge even more money per month, and a form for individuals to contribute money to the Knights Party either in one donation or a monthly pledge. The application fee for individuals seeking membership was $40, $50 for 164 married couples, or $25 for a “student, full time homemaker, person on reduced fixed income.” The site also provided the wording to leave the Knights Party money in a will or trust:

I give to Thomas A. Robb as trustee for the The Knights Party, inc. (sic), the sum of __________and / or other specifically described property, free of all death taxes, creditors? claims and expenses of administration of my estate, for discretionary use in carrying out its aims and purposes. The site informed users, “If you intend on naming The Knights Party as a beneficiary in your will or trust, our attorney will prepare the legal documents free of charge.” Although it is not specified who the Knights Party?s lawyer is, one of the Knights Party?s three blogs is run by Attorney Jason Robb, the son of Thomas Robb.

In total, 11 of the 25 sites did not provide online links for members to join. However, if the five Knights Party sites are removed, only 10 of the 20 remaining sites provided an option for individuals to join the Klan. In essence, while previous research has shown the Internet is being used by the Klan to recruit new members, only half provided users with the ability to begin the membership process without first meeting a Klan member.

The Knights Party main site included the most past and future events. These events included the annual Faith and Freedom Conference, the annual Knights Party National Congress, the annual White Christian Heritage Festival, and the annual Christmas Conference and Banquet. The Faith and Freedom Conference takes place in Harrison, AR; costs $55 per adult; includes the White Christian Youth Conference;features Thomas Robb, Rachel Pendergraft, Jason Robb listed as “Constitutional attorney and Knights Party advisor” and entertainment by Thomas Robb?s granddaughters from the Heritage Connection. The National Klan Conference takes place in Harrison, AR, costs $55 per adult, features Thomas Robb and Rachel Pendergraft, and includes fireworks, an awards banquet, a naturalization ceremony, and a cross lighting. The White Christian Festival takes place in Pulaski, TN, and is partially sponsored by the Knights Party, and other organizations including stormfront.org and the Heritage Connection, and includes a car show and parade. The Christmas Conference takes place in Harrison, AR, “to celebrate and Honor our racial Kinsmen Redeemer, Jesus Christ.” The link to the event included an essay by Jason Robb titled “The Anglo-Saxon Jesus,” which explained that despite attempts by the media, JudeoChristian preachers and “their anti-Christ rabbi counterparts,” to depict Jesus as Middle Eastern, that Jesus was in fact white, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

The site also provided a link to Soldiers of the Cross TV which was run by Thomas Robb Ministries, and the Abundant Life Fellowship site which is a Christian Identity group out of Harrison, Arkansas, where the Knights? headquarters is located. The Knights? main site also linked to White Pride TV and White Pride Home Schooling, both of which were listed by the SPLC as General Hate sites, while additional links were provided to the Political Cesspool radio program, as well as the Voice of Reason Radio Network were listed by the SPLC as White Nationalist sites (Southern Poverty Law Center, 2010), and to the official web site of Tomislav Sunic, a White Nationalist. The Knights Party feeder site at kkk.com, also provided a link to White Pride TV which is located at thomasrobb.com. The main Knights Party site also provided links to various organizations that the Knights Party has a working relationship with, including the Canadian Association for Free Expression, WPBR 1340 AM in Palm Beach County which is the same area where stormfront.org is located, Livin the Legacy customs gifts and collectibles, and a crisis pregnancy support web site at standupgirl.com. The main site also included links to the White House for users to write to the President, and links to two United States government web sites where users could look up their Congressman or Senator. What makes the external links from the Knights Party so striking were that they included no links to other Klan sites, and instead only provided links to White Nationalist and Christian Identity sites. Interestingly, the SPLC also listed a site at christianidentitychurch.net as the Church of Jesus Christ/Thomas Robb Ministries, but no link to the site was found on any of the Knights Party web sites. 179 More than any other Klan, the Knights Party?s external links revealed its deeper ideology, as the Knights Party is essentially a White Nationalist group. The Knights

Party appeared to be using the Klan name, without actually being a Klan, and stated on its site, “We have prepared this site in order to give an accurate portrayal of the Nationalist Movement.” In fact, throughout the site, the Knights Party rarely referred to itself as the Ku Klux Klan, and instead called itself “the leader of the White racialist movement,” a “white rights movement,” supporters of “White separatist views,” a “white rights movement,” “Christian racialists,” part of the “White resistance movement,” as “white separatists,” as a “white separatist organization,” part of the “separatist movement,” a member of the “white cause,” part of the “white Christian right,” as “White Racial Loyalists,” involved in “White Christian Revival,” and the site stated the organization was “building The Knights into a true political party.”

The Knights Party was not the only “Klan” group with more ties to other extremist movements outside of the Klan. The IKA site provided links to the White Nationalist web site White Pride World Wide, as well as links to two other sites listed by the SPLC as White Nationalist sites: American Third Position, and Jew Watch which labeled themselves as: “The scholarly library of facts about domestic & worldwide Zionist criminality.” Unlike the Knights Party, the IKA did not have ties to Christian Identity groups, and specifically stated on its site, “The original Klan, under Imperial Wizard Nathaniel (sic) Forrest did not form to be a Christian Church; just as the IKA does not exist to be a Christian Identity Church.” Interestingly, the statement was not only the repudiation of Christian Identity but also that the site would get wrong the name of the first leader of the Klan and refer to him as Nathaniel instead of Nathan. While the IKA A tactical, organizational, and advertising asset, as well as a concept, is how the Knights view the name Ku Klux Klan, which explains its connection to an organization it has little in common with, and whose rituals, ceremonies, and symbolism it has abandoned. But it is a connection, and the Knights Party and many other non-traditional Klans use that connection and name “Ku Klux Klan” to have their message heard. Most people have never heard of some of the sites and organizations that the Knights link to such as the “White Pride Media Network,” “Soldiers of the Cross TV,” “Council of Conservative Citizens,” or Thomas Robb and the Thomas Robb Ministries. But, people know the name Ku Klux Klan. They have heard of the Klan, and whatever the Klan does and wherever the Klan goes, it gets attention, warranted or not, because of that name.

The Knights Party?s main site added, “ANYONE – ABSOLUTELY ANYONE - can say they are in the ku klux klan, are the leaders of the ku klux klan, or can start a group or club called the ku klux klan.” Notably, the site never capitalized any of the words in the name, because all that matters is the name. The Knights Party?s site also stated, “Our name gets their attention. Before you can get someone to support your ideals, you must first get their attention. The name Ku Klux Klan does.”
