A big thank you to our supporters ...

We've been planning for 2017 and we so often rush from one priority to another, that we rarely take time out to look back and celebrate our achievements. So we took the time to review what we've achieved this year, just in the Midlands, and I wanted to share a few highlights with you:

• We’ve worked with around 330 participants this year – on a range of our open, customised and student programmes
• These programmes have been supported by almost 250 contributors
• Over 150 people have attended our alumni events
• We have delivered a number of Frontrunner programmes (for BCU students), and customised events for female community leaders and higher education professionals
• We were shortlisted for “Social Enterprise of the Year” at the Birmingham Awards   
• Despite the continued pressure on everyone’s time we achieved a 97% ‘value for time’ score across our senior leaders’ programme
• We have helped numerous organisations and people in a number of ways – from finding new board members and trustees to finding mentors or mentees
• We sponsored leadership awards with Birmingham Futures "Birmingham Young Professional of the Year", WM Women in Policing and West Midlands IOD
• Our reducing re-offending challenge continues to have a real impact for many people and organisations
• We achieved 100% feedback to the question "Would you recommend our experiential #leadership programmes to a colleague"

But with a team of two (albeit that we're dedicated and pretty productive) we could never have delivered this without a huge range of supporters .... so thank you to each and every one of you who has helped us deliver this diverse range of programmes this year.  It's been a privilege and a lot of fun - here's to next year!
