Credit Managers - often unfairly maligned but usually a solid source of reason. The Credit Managers who get to know our clients and us often times become the longest relationships we have with Financiers. They see through cycles and know the quality of the clients and their resilience.
Relationship Managers - a good Relationship Manager is not just a mailbox to get requests to Credit, they are an invaluable contributor to ensuring optimal funding structures for clients. They are also the eyes and ears of other value adds around transactional accounts, processing payments and advice from their internal Treasury Experts.
Accountants and Lawyers for our clients - Our Clients' external advisors are specialists in what they do and they're great at it. When they see clients with debt requirements, they often ask us to assist as we too are specialists at what we do. We appreciate their support.
Our team - the great thing about business is that we exist in a network that supports and encourages each other. In seeking at all times to ensure win-win outcomes and look to long term payoffs, we have built great relationships for which we are very thankful.
Our clients - we are extremely grateful for their trust in us to deliver results. What we have learnt over time is that they are always there to assist us on whatever random question we have and they are genuinely engaged in the success of our business. We have their back and they have ours.
