A Big Thank You to the CRPF

We would like to share one interesting thing with you that we experienced recently.

On September 30, 2024, our demo van, the Cadaviz Car Van of Immersive Labz, stopped due to some technical problem near Hind Medical College in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. It was daytime, and the clock was ticking to 8.30 AM. Our team got anxious at first as the place was deserted, and they had to reach one venue on time.

At first, the team tried to identify the issue themselves. When they couldn’t, local mechanics were called in. Local mechanics tried hard to inspect the whole van. They thought that the problem was with the?power supply or charging. After a lot of struggle, they were also not able to solve the issue. As the time ran out and no solution was seen, god sent help for us.

Soon after, our team saw a convoy of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) passing by and decided to ask them for help. This convoy was travelling from Lucknow to Pune with several vehicles and many CRPF officers. There were 7-8 vans in the CRPF convoy.

When we signalled for assistance, the CRPF team stopped right away. When we briefed them about the issue, they immediately offered their help without giving any second thought. It is important to mention here that the CRPF convoy always has a skilled mechanic with them to solve any technical problem that might occur in any type of vehicle.

Their mechanic inspected our vehicle and, within minutes, figured out what was wrong and fixed our van. The main problem was with the fuse box. The CRPF team even replaced a faulty part with their new spare part without any cost. It is important to mention here that during those few minutes, we found the CRPF personnel very polite, gentle, and humane.

When we offered to pay them for their help, they kindly refused. They were friendly and very jovial. Thanks to their quick help, we were able to continue our journey and reach our?destination on time.?

We are so grateful for the CRPF. They not only protect our country but also lend a helping hand to people in need. Their kindness and readiness to help made our day better. We feel proud to know that such dedicated people serve in the CRPF, and we thank them for their wonderful support!?
