Human Resources Specialists - Dublin

PE Global are recruiting for a HR Specialist for our client based in North Dublin. This is an initial 6-month contract role, with hybrid working options


Primary activities/responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing administration of policies, benefits and programs which cover the following: talent acquisition, resourcing, onboarding/offboarding, talent management & development, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, human resources information systems and compensation and benefits.
  • Responsible for ongoing review, coordination of employee induction & onboarding/offboarding process.
  • In partnership with HRConnect own HR inputs to monthly payroll and resolution of payroll issues.
  • Be an SME and Point of Contact for colleagues in HRIS – Workday, Kronos, and Visier to ensure accuracy. Update data reports as requested/required e.g. headcount, absenteeism, terminations, new hires, training report, leave summary) in a timely and consistent manner.


The successful candidate should have:

  • Third-level qualification in HRM with 2 years’ experience ideally in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry. Degree or Diploma Level.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in an HR Role.
  • Proficient in key MS Packages e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio.
  • Working knowledge of Data Analytics, Metrics and KPIs.
