BIG NEWS AT HEESEN YACHTS

This week I visited HEESEN’s shipyard in OSS, near Eindhoven. It was a timely meeting as there were a few announcements this week and plenty to see. I'm editing a video to bring to you next week to show you more.
Chief among the announcement was that Project Triton was back on the market after the buyer moved onto a larger yacht (there’s always a bigger boat).
This means that the yacht is ready to be picked up by a new owner right away. She’ll be ready at the end of the month, so there’s some finishing touches that new owners can get involved in.
Secondly, Project Electra, the sister ship to HOME, is now on track for delivery at the end of April, and she’s looking great. I had the opportunity to go onboard and see her in progress. She’s for sale and a new owner is likely to snap up this fantastic yacht in the coming weeks.
Heesen are one of the few shipyards who “build on spec”, meaning they take the risk of investing their own funds to deliver yachts to the market in a few years, much like luxury cars. They’ve just started with their biggest yet, an 80m aluminium yacht
