We couldn’t be more excited to announce that India Winstone (formerly Pearce) has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Crush Creative.

Since founding Crush in 1998, Carl Rush has had the privilege of guiding the agency through both smooth and turbulent times, navigating all aspects of business and creativity. After 25 years at the helm, the time has come to hand over to India. With India at the forefront, she will lead the agency’s vision, drive business growth, manage client relationships, oversee production, and ensure the wellbeing of our super talented team. Carl is not going anywhere either, but will be returning to his roots and will continue to oversee all the creative output, leading the design team as Creative Director.
