A big leap – Recognition by University of Illinois, USA, for STA-2 course

This is a really a BIG BILLION DAY for our team at VSD. Our course on Static Timing Analysis – Part 2 has been recognized by “Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), IL, USA”. Click on below link to view the recognition:

Many things have been achieved through the launch of STA-2 course. Below are few highlights:

·       In this course, we are focusing on application of these concepts on real chip using open-source sta tool called 'Opentimer'

·       You can now analyze your chip at $0 right from your home. Isn't that FREEdom that we have been looking for?

·       In my advanced courses, including this one, the prime focus is on how to analyze complex chips like USB controller or DDR using Opentimer

This reminds me of very famous quote by “Amos Bronson Alcott”, ‘Success is sweet and sweeter if long delayed and gotten through many struggles and defeats’
